Henry & Joe Ann Smith
Henry and Joe Ann Smith started their catering services in 1979 operating out of the basement of their church. Starting with a few of their favorite foods, they prepared delicious meals for family & friends and church members. After completing 4 years of culinary training at N.Y. Tech and Culinary Institute of America, Henry became an instructor of Culinary Arts where he taught for 26 years. While employed by the state of New York they continued to operate the business. In just a short time their business flourished to the now well established catering service that it is today. Henry and Joe Ann Smith have been preparing delicious meals daily for residents and businesses of the Lowcountry since 2001. The Smiths' have established a longstanding relationship with several Federal Government Agencies including the US Army, Navy and Customs & Border Protection in which they have actively serviced for many years!
